Important Announcement: End of Support for Ticket Bot Open Source

Dear Ticket Bot Open Source Community,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of an important change regarding our open-source project, Ticket Bot. Starting from November 1st, 2023, we will no longer be providing support for the Ticket Bot open-source npm package.

Over the years, we've been thrilled to see the Ticket Bot project grow and evolve with the help of the community. It has been an incredible journey, and we're grateful for the contributions and feedback we've received from all of you.

However, due to various considerations, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue support for the Ticket Bot open-source project. This means that after November 1st, 2023, we will no longer be actively maintaining the codebase, providing updates, or offering support for any issues that may arise.

We understand that this announcement may come as a disappointment to some, and we want to express our gratitude to the community for their dedication and passion for this project. We encourage you to explore alternative solutions and repositories if you rely on Ticket Bot for your projects.

Please be aware of the following important dates:

  1. November 1st, 2023: End of official support. We will no longer provide updates or support for the Ticket Bot open-source project.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will continue to find value in the knowledge and experience gained from using Ticket Bot. If you have any questions or require assistance with transitioning to an alternative solution, please feel free to reach out to us before the end of official support.

Thank you for being a part of the Ticket Bot open-source community. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and projects.

Sincerely,
